- What is the status of my order?
Your order status will be available within a few hours after your order has been placed. You can check your order status by clicking the ‘Order Status’ link on the top right corner of every page of our site.
- Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Yes, you can make changes only if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. We will try our best to accommodate the changes on your order, most of our orders get shipped the same day they have been placed.
- Can I make changes once my order has been shipped?
When you receive your package, return the items you require to be changed. Once we receive the returned item, we will then ship out the new order. Please note the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs
- I received the wrong item, how can this be corrected?
Every effort is made sure to ship out the right item, such as bulb types, color temperatures and so on. If you believe you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will rectify this error.
- How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We will notify you right away when your order gets shipped. An email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking and shipment contents.
