Return Policy & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items must not be used and must be returned in exact order as received. Shipping on all returned items are not covered by us.
If you are not pleased with your product, you can exchange it within 30days of your purchase date. If an error is made by on our end, we will cover shipping costs to ship out the correct item.
We offer exchanges on your order if you change your mind after your order has been shipped. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs to reship the new order. An invoice will be emailed to you for shipping costs.
All items are brand new and in full working condition. If you encounter a defective item, please consult our support page and follow troubleshooting measures before returning the item. Please contact us prior to returning any product for an RMA form.
If the returned item is identified as defective, we will reship a new product for you at no cost. If the returned item is not defective and is in full working condition, shipping costs must be covered by you.
All our shipments have full insurance coverage. Any shipment that has been misplaced or damaged as a result of mishandling by our courier will be covered by our insurance agreement. A claim will be filed from our end and we will reship or replace the part that is damaged or misplaced.
Please note: YOU MUST COMPLETE AND INCLUDE AN RMA FORM FOR ANY RETURN, EXCHANGE OR WARRANTY ITEM. Incomplete RMA forms may result in a delayed process.
Any item that may have stopped working within the first 30 days, we require a warranty process for a warranty replacement. We will cover shipping within the first 30days for warrantied items.
After 30days, the shipping costs are billed to you. We have a flat rate of shipping cost depending on the item to be warrantied. Please visit our warranty page for more details.
